Independent brand notice

CheekysCreations is an independent handmade brand. The site does not claim official affiliation with third-party character owners, entertainment studios, schools, retailers, or brands unless that relationship is expressly stated by the rights holder.

Product descriptions identify the item, material style, colors, decorative topper style, and finish shown in the listing. Handmade pieces may have small variations in placement, sparkle, texture, and finishing. Product photos control the visual expectation for ready-to-ship items.

Orders and custom requests

Ready-to-ship items are sold as shown. Custom pieces require review of the requested name, colors, topper style, design direction, and available materials before completion. CheekysCreations may decline or modify a request if the requested design cannot be completed safely, cleanly, appropriately, or without rights concerns.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and return handling are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Custom and personalized items may be final sale because they are made or finished for a specific customer.

Prohibited misuse

Visitors may not scrape the site, copy product images for resale, submit abusive requests, interfere with site function, attempt unauthorized access, misuse checkout links, impersonate the brand, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site for unlawful activity.

No unlawful use
