Original store presentation

CheekysCreations presents its products with store-owned page copy, product descriptions, product names, product images, and brand graphics. Product listings describe the color story, topper style, bead stack, finish, and order category shown on the site.

Third-party rights

The shop does not claim official affiliation with character owners, entertainment studios, schools, retailers, or third-party brands unless that relationship is expressly stated by the rights holder. Rights questions may be sent to [email protected].

Custom request boundary

Custom requests are reviewed before completion. A request may be declined or adjusted if the requested design is not available, cannot be completed cleanly, creates a product safety concern, or raises a rights concern.

Audience and content boundary

The shop is a general-audience handmade store. The store experience is not directed to children under 13, does not publish adult content, and does not mix adult themes into family-friendly product pages, product names, or navigation.

Product safety

Decorative pens and keychains may include small parts, beads, crystals, charms, toppers, trims, and attachments. These products are decorative accessories and should be kept away from small children and pets when loose parts could create a choking, chewing, or damage risk.

Advertising boundary
