Shipping

USPS shipping is available on eligible orders. Shipping timing depends on order type, design approval for custom pieces, packaging time, carrier acceptance, and the destination.

Ready-to-ship pieces

Ready-to-ship items are prepared as shown in the listing. If the item is available and the order details are complete, the piece can move to packing without custom design review.

Custom pieces

Custom and personalized pieces require review of the requested name, colors, topper style, and finish before production or finishing. Ordering early is recommended for birthdays, holidays, and event gifts.

Returns

Custom and personalized orders may be final sale because the piece is made or finished for a specific customer. If a ready-to-ship item arrives damaged or incorrect, email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Approved returns

If a return is approved for a non-personalized item, the piece must be unused and returned in its original condition. Shipping costs and replacement timing depend on the reason for the return and available inventory.

Product responsibility

Small accessories may include beads, toppers, trims, charms, crystals, and other decorative parts. Keep products away from small children and pets when loose parts could create a choking, chewing, or damage risk.
