Ordering

How do I start a custom order?: Send your idea to [email protected] and we’ll guide you through your build.
When does my order begin?: Your order begins once your design is confirmed.
Can I request something not shown on the site?: Yes — custom ideas are always welcome.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?: Orders ship through USPS. Processing time depends on your design and delivery times may vary once the package is in transit.
Should I order early for events?: Yes. For birthdays, holidays, and special occasions, ordering in advance is always recommended.
Do ready-to-ship pieces come as shown?: Yes. Premade pieces ship exactly as shown on the site.

Changes & returns

Can I make changes?: Changes may be possible before production begins. Контакты [email protected] as soon as possible.
Do you accept returns?: Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final. If something isn’t right, contact [email protected].
